First American Heritage maintains a staff of highly trained specialists to assist you with the preparation of the materials necessary to satisfy public agency requirements. Our specialists work with your project attorney, Surveyors and others to obtain and package the items necessary for timely submittal to County, or City authorities. Our Land Development Division of Homebuilder Services is managed by an executive who fully understands the land development process - and the value and importance to our homebuilder customers.
